Benjamin Macfarlane
Ben is the Director of the practice. He is a pragmatic, solutions-driven international lawyer who delivers results. He was a partner in leading London law firm Clyde & Co until January 31st 2005. Prior to that he was articled at City firm, Macfarlanes, where his father had been senior partner. Ben was appointed in February 2007 to the Financial Services Committee of the Insurance Institute of London.

Stuart Macdonald
Stuart is a Consultant at the practice after a long and distinguished career both in England, Scotland and France. He was a senior partner at Clyde & Co until 2010. Stuart has over 30 years experience handling a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work including working for the British Government on a number of major instructions (Barlow Clowes, Railtrack and the BSE Enquiry).
